Our world is an uncertain place.  At times, the earth quakes, the sky rains, winds howl, fire consumes.  Desperate in the face of destruction, life spins out of control.  Other times we wreak havoc on ourselves. Wars fought between nations, religions, races and sexes.  School shootings. Sexual predators. Suicide bombers. Anger, anguish.  Black lives matter.  Me too.

Overwhelmed, our instincts respond.  Life and death.  Fight or flight.  Withdraw or engage.  Finding our breath.  Searching for reason.  Finding our voice.  Everyone matters.

What can we do?  Answer with our lives.  It’s human nature.
